The Allen‑Bradley 1746‑OAP12 est un module de sortie CA haute intensité à 12 points pour le système SLC 500. The 1746‑OAP12 convertit signa lōgica ex prōcessōre SLC 500 in commūtātiōnem potentiātis AC ad onera campī. Designum triac praebet trānsitiōnem celerem OFF‑ad‑ON (1 ms), aptam ad onera resistīva et inductīva.
JP1 jumper definit comportamentum systematis in casu defectus fusibilis. In positione sua fabricae (pinis 1‑2), processus continuat cursus; tantum gruppus cuius fusibile ruptum est de‑energizatur. Si ad pinos 2‑3 coniungitur, fusibile ruptum causat defectum processus non‑recuperabilem, quod omnes effluxus OFF cogit et bitum defectus magni statuit. LED rubrum in fronte tabulae statim lucet cum fusibile aperitur, dummodo modulus utramque potestatem habet: ab backplane et ab onere externo. Modulus trahit 370 mA ab 5V backplane et nullam currentem 24V utit, quod dimensionem alimentationis simplificat. Omnes conexiones campestres in blocco terminali removibili colorato terminantur. Insulatio optica (1500V) controllerem protegit contra transientes campestres et circuitus terrae.
