The F3322 is a 16-channel digital output module from HIMA's HIQuad series, engineered for safety-critical applications within HIMA H41q and H51q safety PLC systems . The F3322 provides transistor outputs configurable as open-collector or push-pull, supporting resistive and inductive loads up to 0.5 A per channel . With SIL 3 certification, ≥2.5 kV isolation, per-channel diagnostics, and failsafe behavior upon L-supply loss, the F3322 delivers reliable, high-integrity output control for emergency shutdown (ESD), fire & gas (F&G), and burner management systems (BMS) .
