Siemens 6ES7355-1VH10-0AE0 is an FM 355 S control module for SIMATIC S7-300 systems. Four closed-loop controllers are combined with analog measurement inputs and digital process connections. The module is intended for step and pulse control. Its configurable analog inputs accept voltage, current and supported temperature sensors. This configuration integrates the measurement and switching signals needed by the control task.
The FM 355 S supports internal thermocouple temperature compensation. External compensation can be configured with a suitable resistance thermometer. Parameterizable characteristic linearization adapts supported sensor signals to the control task. Electronic short-circuit protection is provided for the digital outputs. Check the front connectors and existing control configuration when planning a replacement.
