TheCC-PAIL51 (51454487-175)is a Series-C low level analog input module designed for high-density temperature acquisition in industrial automation systems. It supports up to 16 fully isolated channels per IOTA, enabling flexible integration of thermocouple and RTD signals within a single platform.

Unlike external multiplexed architectures such as CC-PAIM01, theCC-PAIL51allows direct I/O termination on the Series-C IOTA (CC-TAIL51 9-inch), reducing hardware complexity and eliminating the need for separate PMIO FTA components. Each channel can be independently configured for RTD or thermocouple measurement.

Built-in cold junction compensation, open thermocouple detection (OTD), and 1-second process variable scanning ensure stable and reliable temperature monitoring. The module is suitable for high-integrity process environments requiring precise thermal control and continuous diagnostics.
